The restaurant, which opened in early 2020, will be closed on December 30 and 31 to prepare for its opening on January 1st at 8 a.m. in its new location at 3102 E. Cervantes. The restaurant, which offers a variety of Southern and New Orleans-infused dishes, has been a hit with customers, particularly those who enjoy its Cajun omelets, homemade gumbo, and Bloody Mary cocktails. P'Cola Bistro, a family-friendly diner, previously occupied the restaurant on the other side of the street from late 2023 until October 2024. The new location will feature various indoor dining areas, a full bar, and free parking.
